PRETTYPSI (Process, Reliability and Transfer of Technology on Porous Silicon)

In this project, SiLiMiXT works with GREMAN Laboratory UMR 7347 in order to study process reliability in porous silicon wafers manufacturing. Two other industrial partners collaborate in this project (Lay Concept, SILSEF). This project is supported by the Région Centre and the S2E2 Smart Electricity Cluster.

POWCELL (Powder subtrate based photovoltaïc CELL)

KiC European InnoEnergy Reserach Project in collaboration with S'Tile compagny of Poitiers, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, INSA de Lyon and the CEA-LITEN, for the development of an innovative process for the production of subtrates for crystalline silicon thin film solar cells called 'Powder subtrate based photovoltaïc CELL'.
